Michelle Schmid joined the ClarityMD team in 2011. She graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in finance. She moved from Tampa, Florida, in 2006 and has grown to love all that Indiana has to offer. Michelle loves building relationships with patients and helping them achieve their aesthetic goals.

Megan DeCamp has been a licensed Aesthetician for over 15 years, joining the ClarityMD team in 2010. Her background in medical aesthetics and the spa industry make her the perfect fit for ClarityMD. Charisse Alexander has been an Aesthetician for over 10 years and came to ClarityMD in 2011. Her background in customer care and relaxation spa techniques, along with her passion for beautiful results, gives her the perfect blend for the medical aesthetic team at ClarityMD. Charisse is certified in microblading, laser skin rejuvenation, and injectables. Her skin care product knowledge is a plus for anyone that receives her soothing touch. Julie Gold, Patient Concierge, came to ClarityMD in 2019. She graduated from Western Michigan University with a degree in Psychology and Communications. She loves staying current on all aspects of health, wellness and beauty. Julie has a busy family life with her husband, three kids, and two dogs. Kathy Garrison-Schneider is a licensed Aesthetician and has been working in the field of medical-based aesthetic skincare for over 20 years. She enjoys working with clients to develop a results-driven, customized skincare program that includes both professional treatments and science based skin care products. She has advanced training in Botox and dermal fillers, specializing in a more natural look. She has experience in clinical skincare treatments including dermaplane, microneedling, chemical peels and laser treatments for overall facial rejuvenation.

Kim comes to ClarityMD with more than 20 years nursing experience. She fell in love with skincare for the challenge and reward aesthetics brings to the table. “I love the science and technology in this constantly evolving industry." Kim is married with three kids.
